Shipping Policy

At DOWNS.RIVER.SEA we aim to dispatch your order 3-5 working days from the day on which you made the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email provided when you made the order.

We use Royal Mail postage for our standard delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

Whilst our products are of the highest quality and we're confident you'll love them as much as we do, should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

As part of our 30 Day Guarantee you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. Before returning an item please contact info@downsriversea.co.uk for further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

As well as sending back the item(s) we also require requests for item swap(s) and/or refunds to be sent to us via email.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will check it over and providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If we can help in any way please contact us. info@downsriversea.co.uk 

Shipping

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
